Membership Information


1. Forum Users: This is FREE to join. You need only register to be able to post in the forums. Members Only Forums are not accessible to Forum Users.

2. Individual Membership: Costs $20.00 paid annually, and requires you to fill out and submit, the membership application. The membership runs from January 1st to December 31st.

3. Family Membership: Costs $20.00 plus $10 for each additional immediate family member paid annually, and requires you to fill out and submit, the membership application. Each member will need to complete a separate application. The membership runs from January 1st to December 31st.

Dues are pro-rated depending on which quarter of the year you join:

* January 1st - March 31st will be required to pay the full $20.00 (100% of annual dues).

* April 1st - June 30th will be required to pay $15.00(75% of annual dues).

* July 1st - September 30th will be required to pay $10.00 (50% of annual dues).

* October 1st - December 31st will be required to pay $25.00. (125% of annual dues) Membership dues would cover the remainder of the current year and the following calendar year in its entirety.

 

1. Forum User: FREE

a. Forum Users are registered users of the Public Bulletin Board.

b. They are permitted to participate in Public Events and non-Members Only Trail Rides.

c. Forum Users agree to abide by the Forum Rules and the sanctions for not doing so.

 

2. Paying Member: Individual or Family Plan:

a. Have access to all Official Member forums which include Member Info; Members Only Discussions; Members Only Trail Rides; Training; Vendor Showcase; and Vendor Monthly Specials (Members Only Forums subject to change).

b. Vendor Discounts

c. They may participate in Members Only events.

d. They will receive (2) two round logo decals.

e. They will also receive a Membership ID Card.

f. As made available they will also have access to Private Trails.

g. Members agree to abide by the Forum Rules and the sanctions for not doing so.

 

The Membership Application Form(s) once filled out in their entirety and signed can be sent a variety of ways:

1. Handed to any Club Officer.

2. Snail-mailed to: Northern Virginia Jeepers Association, PO Box 223232, Chantilly, VA 20153

3. Or fax it to 480.287.9506 (yes that is a 480 number, this is an e-fax account and that number is located outside VA).

 

The payment may be made in 1 of 3 ways:

1. Cash, given to any of the Club Officers.

2. Personal Check made out to Northern Virginia Jeepers Association (or NOVA Jeepers), given to an Officer or sent with the application form(s) to the above P.O. Box.

3. Credit Card using PayPal to the address payments@novajeepers.com.
